I value your business and I ask that you respect my business by adhering to my Salon Policy, Terms & Conditions.
APPOINTMENT’S
I will send a text message reminder the day before your appointment.
Please acknowledge this text so that I know that you will be attending your appointment.
If you have not received a text message and you think you have an appointment, please text me.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you remember your appointment.
LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Last minute changes and cancellations (within 24 hours) leave no time for me to fill that appointment slot. This includes dropping part of a booked treatment upon arrival – the full amount of the original treatments booked will still apply.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
The cancellation fee will need to be paid in advance of your next appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without communication, you will be charged 100% of the treatments booked or you will be removed from my client list.
I am implementing this cancellation policy to protect my Client’s so that each one of can get the earliest appointment I have available and to protect my business for loss of income.
NEW CLIENTS
All new clients will be required to pay a Booking Fee of 50% of the value of the treatment booked.
The booking fee is non refundable and non transferable.
The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your service.
I am implementing booking fees to avoid no shows.
Cancellation Fees and Booking Fees can be paid by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cash.
