This Online ABT Accredited training course is suitable for complete beginners who are wanting to take the first step towards gaining a nail technician qualification.  Manicure is the foundation course that is needed to start your nail career, once completed then the world is your oyster and you can move on to gel polish and nail enhancements.
 
This course is pre-recorded in separate units via a private Facebook Group that you will have exclusive access to - there is a total of 4 units including the kit list.
 
ASSESSMENT;
Once you feel competent, you will be required to book a live 1;2;1 session with myself where you will need to carry out a full manicure with hand and arm massage.  This can be done via WhatsApp or zoom.  Pease contact me directly on 07477505699 to book this for a date agreeable to both of us (Sunday, Monday or Tuesday)
 
COURSE CONTENT;
 
*Anatomy and Physiology - anatomy of the nail, allergies, nail disorders, contra actions,
contra indications
*Relevant Legislation - Health and Safety, COSHH, Data Protection, GDPR
*Client Consultation - What you need to know and why
*Manicure Tools and Equipment - What you need to carry out a manicure
*Nail Preparation - how to prepare the nail and file to desired shape
*Massage Techniques -massage step by step
*Nail Polish Application - Correct application of nail varnish
*Client Aftercare - Advice on how to maintain their manicure and the do's and dont's
 
Once payment has been made, yo will receive a download of the training manual to study and refer back to.  You will have unlimited access to the private Facebook Group (or until Facebook allows).  There is no time limit to complete the course.
